A few months back the lovely Angela from Timeless Truth in UK reached out to me on Twitter, asking if I would like to review one of the Timeless Truth Facial Sheet Mask’s and of course I said yes. Now its taken me a little while to get around to the review as I had a constant break out of eczema on my face but, finally I have been able to see what all the fuss is about.
Angela sent me the Multipeptide Calming Revitalising Mask which, is perfect for sensitive skin and contains lots of lovely ingredients to help firm and nourish the skin. This particular mask retails for £4.90 for a single or £23.50 for a box of 5
Key ingredients: Argireline, also known as Glycerin / Palmitoyol Hexapeptide – 12 / Coenzyme Q10 (CoQ10)/ Vitamin E/ Paraben Free
Upon opening the mask I realised sitting in bed was probably not the idea place as the masks are generously covered in the magical skin liquid so, I got it absolutely everywhere. I followed the instructions and got the mask in place which was a little fiddly as it was my first time with a facial mask, once in place I looked like a very unhappy Miss Piggy haha – All in the name of beauty!
The mask was comfortable to wear with just a very slight itch in the area I would normally get eczema but, nothing painful or uncomfortable. The mask has a scent which is rather relaxing and not strong at all.
I left the mask on for 10 minutes rubbing in the excess moisture on the skin but, not applying any other products as I didn’t think I needed to and wanted an honest result.
The following morning my skin looked quite plump and fresh and there was no dry patch in sight. The spots where I get eczema had not flared up if anything they were smooth with no scale in sight :).
It’s now been 4 days since using the mask and my skin still feels just as smooth with no sign of a flare up which is one hell of a plus for any skin care product I review.
My overall view of this product is that it’s absolutely amazing and worth every penny, I will certainly be getting some more in the future.
Timeless Truth Facial Mask’s has a large selection of masks tailored to different skin types and issues so, there is definitely something for everyone on their site.
Have you tried these masks before? If you have let me know your thoughts in the comments.
